The CanDo latex-free exercise band PEP pack can be used for a progressive resistance exercise program. Each Pep pack comes with three different 4-foot bands and an illustrated instruction/exercise chart. Each exerciser is packaged in a polybag. Simply remove exercise band from polybag and it is ready to use. CanDo exercise band is an economic solution for upper and lower body exercise. Band is 5″ wide.
