The Airex Balance Beam Mini is a foam stability exercise trainer that’s terrific for balance, stretching, physical therapy, rehabilitation and core strength training. Lightweight and comfortable the beam can be used as a practical replacement for a Pilates role, with the instability of the device even intensifying such exercises. The shape was developed especially for clinical balance and proprioception exercises. Made from easy to clean closed cell foam with an “integrally molded skin” for extra toughness, these beams are soft, supple and cushiony. The textured surface areas prevent slipping and sliding. Rinsing after use with fresh water is all that is needed then just shake off the excess water and allow to air dry. Latex free.
