This Inflatable Exercise Roll from PhysioGymnic is for fitness, rehab, balance and coordination. Easier to use than traditional gym balls because most of the movement is limited to forward and backward, allowing the roll to provide maximum stability during exercise. Like a therapy ball, the inflatable roll helps with balance, muscle tone and sensory stimulation. It is also ideal for those who have coordination and balance difficulties, as well as the elderly and those that are disabled. Air pump is not included but there is a valve to help with inflation.
