Made of rust-proof durable, powder coated aluminum the stand requires no batteries and no installation. Three individual set bolts hold the container of sanitizer in position. White the stand offers an universal bottle fir, accommodating any pump top sanitizer bottle from 8 oz to 32 oz, 16 oz-32 oz containers offer the optimal fit. Holes in the base allow the unit to be bolted into the ground for security. Easy to clean needing only water and a mild detergent.
